Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all of your orders. Click on the date of the order you wish to view.
Q: Where are items shipped from?
A: All items are shipped directly from stock at Infraspection headquarters unless noted otherwise.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer several options for shipping including overnight delivery. As such, shipping costs will vary depending upon the carrier and the type of delivery you select. Shipping charges will be clearly shown on your invoice at the time of checkout.
Q: Is international shipping available?
A: Yes; however, you must call us for shipping charges before we can complete yur order. For shipment outside of the Continental US, contact Infraspection Institute for shipping charges. International orders may be subject to additional tariffs or duties which will be added to your invoice prior to shipping.
